Refund, Service, or Product Request

If you require a refund, please fill out the REFUND REQUEST below.  You can provide your PayPal or Venmo information for a electronic reimbursement or leave a note on the machine to be reimbursed on our next visit. 

Please fill out the SERVICE REQUEST below if there is some type of problem at your location (ie warm drinks, product needs restocking, etc.)
